About Me
I believe that we live in a fascinating world and I am always exploring, sharing what I've learned and experienced along the way. I am intrigued by people and places of all kinds, passionate about art and culture, and fascinated by our collective and individual histories as human beings.

I obtained my BA in Film from Emerson College, followed by an MA in History from UMASS Boston. These combined passions and skills have led to documentary filmmaking. My debut film - "Taken Away: Urban Renewal and Boston's West End" - has been professionally screened at several historic institutions, is on exhibit in a shortened form at Boston's West End Museum, and won the Best First Time Director award at the Berlin Indie Film Festival.

My passion for history has led to a number of additional projects, such as working for Historic New England as a tour guide at the Gropius House in Lincoln, MA (designed by the founder of the legendary Bauhaus school) and an ongoing oral history project about Boston's Fort Point Arts Community. I am passionate about architectural preservation and have a particular interest in urban neighborhoods. My historical expertise also encompasses the World Wars, German and Soviet history, and the Cold War, as well as the history of Cinema, Art, and Music.

As a child, I developed a passion for music of all kinds and have been a serious percussionist since my first lesson at age 8. I currently play with a number of bands across many styles. In college, my interest in electronic music led to self-taught music production and resulted in a number of independent releases as Following Footprints.
As a photographer, my work has focused largely on urban and architectural exploration, with additional work in natural landscapes, people, and abstract imagery. I have exhibited work in several art galleries in the greater Boston area, been the recipient of a photography award at the 2018 Boston Preservation Alliance Awards, and have licensed my work to a prominent NYC-based architectural firm.

I am open to collaboration, commissions, and professional opportunities of all kinds. I look forward to making new connections and invite you to reach out.
